Inaugurating the India's First and Largest Tree Transplantation Forest in Gujarat

A sprawling Tree Transplantation Forest has been established in Gujarat, showcasing a remarkable feat of relocating over 5000 trees. These trees, aged between 25 and 75 years, were on the brink of being felled to make way for India’s inaugural Bullet Train Project. However, their lives were preserved and rejuvenated through an extensive transplantation effort to a new location.

In commemoration of this momentous achievement, Shri. Achal Khare, the Managing Director of the National High-Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL), graced the occasion with his presence. He planted a tree and symbolically tied a ribbon to safeguard these remarkable trees from any future harm or cutting.
